Amazing transformation of the building! And a great addition to the Midlothian area! Stella was extremely personable and helpful with her suggestions. The steaks were excellent, as were the Buratta appetizer and all sides. Excellent meal - but a pricey one (as any classy steakhouse would be) Also enjoyed the special Cab Franc bottled for the restaurant - excellent pairing! I felt like it was a bit overpriced, but it wasn't anything we couldn't handle. For example, a shot of Hennessey was $30...we got 2. I was surprised to see the owner out and about and making thing happen. She smiled at us and thanked us for dining at the restaurant.
