Best Cozy Restaurants in Malden

The restaurant provides superb customer service. Guillermo at the bar was extremely attentive. We ordered the EXPRESSO MARTINI, and we had the BEST EXPRESSO MARTINI ever! The food was to die for. We ordered the pene, lasagna, tortellini and WOW, the flavors, presentation, and how the server entered to the table ON POINT. The restaurant is always busy and small, so I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to make a reservation. The team at the front desk should be more "happy" about the fact that the restaurant is always busy, that means they are going to have a job for sure :), as they showed that we're overwhelm with the amount of people. SUGGESTION FOR THE LEADERSHIP A training on how to deal with customers during difficult and busy times will help tremendously. I was extremely kind and patient with the young gentlemen and female at the front desk when I asked about my reservation and their body language and answers were abrupt as the line was long, the restaurant was busy, and many others were asking the same question. Great location in North End with live music, friendly staff and super food.

Simply great! The food was top notch. The service was both professional and friendly. We have been there many times in the past for a delicious meal and this was no exception. The tuna tartare app was excellent with just the right amount of spice with the raw tuna on a bed of avocado. The seafood entrees were cooked perfectly and the Veal Valdosta was enormous and perfectly cooked as well. We were never rushed and our waiter was attentive without being overbearing. It was a most relaxing evening. The desserts were wonderful and the blueberry cheesecake was amazing. Bricco is definitely worth the visit.

The tuna ceviche is a must try. Oysters are served at perfectly cold temps with plenty of horseradish! The brussel sprouts are delicious. The scallops are amazing and a good sized portion. Green goddess salad is great and you can add protein too! Cocktail list is varied and seasonal. Wine list is varied and affordable. Great spot

Another wonderful meal and evening at Pammy’s, this time for a birthday celebration with a party of 5. Price-Fixe menu was great. I loved the Cobia and Squid Ink gnocchi. I was too full to complete the lumache, but took it home and it was excellent the next day. The lamb saddle, yakitori chicken and lasagna also got excellent reviews. Our server was knowledgeable, helpful and attentive.
