Best Cozy Restaurants in Ancaster

We had an incredible dinner at The Keg! We’ve been to The Keg several times but it was our first time at this location. The food was outstanding and the service was incredible! Our server Daulton was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive - made the evening super pleasant. The food was truly amazing - the best Keg experience we’ve had! Thank you to the entire team at Upper James St Keg!

Restaurant was beautiful inside. We sat upstairs very nice quiet and private food was delicious.

I can’t say enough about the service and the great atmosphere. For such excellent quality service and dining the staff were all very approachable and welcoming. We came to celebrate a family birthday. I am not normally steak eater. But I tried the 6oz tenderloin and it was absolutely amazing. It may have ruined me for any other restaurant. All aspects of our meal were excellent. This will become a regular spot for celebrations.

My son and I went out for dinner here. They have renovated the inside and it looks completely different and modern. It’s a nice atmosphere. The food was amazing and filling. My son ordered the hand held chicken wing sandwich with fries and turtle pasta on the side and I ordered the California cut steak medium well with tomato soup and a side Caesar salad. Very filling and tasty. The service was excellent I thought for sure we would experience a slower service because a group of 25 were seated by us however this was not the case at all. The prices were not bad considering the amount of food we got plus I had a glass of wine. The alcohol was steep (almost $18 a glass of Malbec) but I have no complaints whatsoever.
