- SStevenSan Francisco Bay Area •17 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoSt. Mike’s has a wonderful combination of atmosphere, great service (on all levels; friendly, knowledgeable, tuned into what you want), and really good food. The specials are always worthwhile. There are different areas in the restaurant: the bar, outdoors, and two other rooms so even though the place may be crowded, you don’t lose the intimacy. Great attention to detail. We’ll be back soon.More infoSt. Michael's AlleyPrice: Expensive• American• Palo Alto•4.8
- AAnthonySan Francisco Bay Area •10 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 26, 2024We were there for the Christmas buffet. The food was marvelous and plentiful: prime rib, salmon, pork loin, ribs, bbq chicken, assorted salads and sides, and desserts. The service was fine and the price was great. We'd like to go for a regular dining experience in addition to the holiday buffets as we also went to the Thanksgiving buffet.More infoMacArthur Park - Palo AltoPrice: Moderate• American• Palo Alto•4.2
- EEmilizaSacramento / Sacramento Valley •6 reviews4.0Dined on Dec 25, 2024We had a party of 7 dining at Delizie a few days ago. The service was friendly and very attentive by the wait staff. The restaurant is small, quaint, intimate, and cozy. Waters for the table, fresh focaccia bread, and olive tapenade were provided for our table. The bread and tapenade were exceptionally fresh and so good. We had to control ourselves from eating too much of the bread. We shared calamari fritti as an antipasti - lightly breaded calamari and carrots - delish - crispy on the outside and so tender inside. The entrees are substantial portions for our small stomachs, so we primarily shared between twos... The shared entrees were the pappardelle al salmone, fettuccine al porcini, and spaghetti alla carbonara. All the entrees tasted very good, the salmon dish was a little too salty, otherwise the rest if the entrees were well seasoned. We could tell all the pastas were freshly made. We all loved our meal... black coffee were ordered and was very smooth to taste and hot - we could tell that it didn't come from a drip coffee maker. The coffee was a nice ending to a wonderful dinner. We highly recommend Delizie.More infoDeliziePrice: Expensive• Italian• San Carlos•4.8
- VVirginiaSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 21, 2024This was our first visit, and we were very happy. The Irish Pub ambiance was just what we were looking for. The manager was welcoming, explained all of the food options, was attentive and we felt like long time friends. The food was delicious. We tried the sausage roll appetizer (YUMMMMMMMY!) fish and chips (VERY generous portions), the Shepherd's Pie, and the Guiness Pie. Plates were scraped clean!!!More infoAlhambra Irish HousePrice: Moderate• Californian• Redwood City•4.6
- KKarenSan Francisco Bay Area •23 reviews4.0Dined on Oct 27, 2024Fifteen of us were warmly welcomed for lunch at two tables. With a vast menu, the gluten-free person and the vegetarian at our table were satisfied. The food was brought quickly and overall was very flavorful. I enjoyed the fish with veggies. The salt & pepper tofu was crispier than I’ve had but tasty. Overall, everyone enjoyed the afternoon.More infoCrouching Tiger RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Chinese• Redwood City•4.1
