- TTriciaIowa •4 reviews5.0Dined todayWe had a reservation. We arrived at our exact time and were seated right away. Our server Avery was amazing. She made great recommendations and upon finding out it was our first visit she explained how they try to source everything locally. They have a fantastic gluten free friendly menu. Lots of options. I had the salmon and my husband had the filet. Both were delicious. We started out with the cornbread and truffle barrata. They too were amazing. The atmosphere was casual but classy. Good crowd watching the broncos game. We will definitely be back.More infoTimberline Craft KitchenPrice: Expensive• American• Dillon•4.8
- EEvelynVIPDenver / Colorado •19 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThis is our absolute favorite spot in the Vail Valley. They always remember us and are so welcoming at the hostess stand. We had a perfect dinner including the best brioche I have every eaten- this one had a lovely and subtle rosemary flavor. It was a melt-in-your-mouth with scrumptious layers mega event. We learned that there is a new pastry chef in residence there. Our entire meal from start to finish was fabulous. I have never recommended a restaurant solely on a brioche but this is happening now.More infoVin48 Restaurant Wine BarPrice: Expensive• American• Avon•4.9

- MMattNew Orleans / Louisiana •2 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoIt was hard to find a last minute dinner reservation for Christmas Eve but the Fitz could accommodate. They are located on the complete opposite side of vail from where I was staying so I almost missed my reservation. It was about a 10 minute walk from central vail village. I imagine the location is the reason they don’t have more reviews. When I got there it was easy to find and I was welcomed by the staff. They checked me in for my reservation and brought us to a secondary dining room with a huge fireplace, Christmas music and picture windows of the mountain. The service was great and our waters were always topped off. The menu was fairly reasonable and diverse for Vail. I wanted to try several things but settled on a steak frites plate and it was a big piece and cooked pretty darn perfect. The fries were amazing too. I can see why they have such a high rating and I hope more people start to give them a try- it’s worth itMore infoThe FitzPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Vail•4.3
- RRobinSan Antonio •2 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoThis restaurant is known for its craft cocktails. It’s more of an adult venue. Limited menu. The hummus (homemade and generous amount) plate and wild game chili were delicious. The restaurant has a vibe like you would find in La Jolla, Dallas or Austin. The wait staff was over-the-top excellent.More infoThe Tavern UndergroundPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Breckenridge•4.7
