First time was before a PPac show and the next was a Friday night to eat, then watch the comedy show. The first night we started with the prosciutto and Barata appetizer, delicious, then had the burger which we split. A great burger ! the second time we went we had the artichoke and shrimp appetizer in a lemon white wine butter sauce which is excellent. shrimp with the pineapple risotto, which was superb. The risotto was flavorful nutty just a great combination of flavors. Also had the Short ribs over mashed potatoes. on Friday night we ate in the lounge. There was an excellent entertainer! then we went downstairs into the speakeasy, which is very cool. Watched the comedy show. The MC was excellent and Brad from Warwick/West Warwick was the best comedian of the night. it was worth the money we paid for an evening of entertainment.More infoThe GeorgePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Providence•4.6

- LLisaNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoI’ve been to the Watertown location and this one in Boston has a more eclectic vibe, loved it! The food is on point just like Watertown. There were certain nuances of the menu that were kind of weird like buttermilk fried chicken, we couldn’t get sauce on the side it had to be on top and a few other silly things but we made it work. The prices are very good and to give you a basic business meal idea (with the 20% gratuity-included for a group of six)with five appetizers, six entrées, and 10 alcoholic beverages. The bill was slightly over $400. There wasn’t a hungry belly when we left and had some to take home with us as well. The portion sizes for the appetizers are all shareable. Do your taste buds a favor and visit either or location, you will not be disappointed! To be honest, I usually take pictures to share with others, but the food was so good and devoured so fast there was no time, lol!More infoButtermilk & BourbonPrice: Moderate• Southern• Back Bay•4.6
