Best Casual Restaurants in West End

A very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere in the first floor dining room. We ate here before going to a play. The food was great, we loved the appetizers. The potstickers were exceptional as was the crab cake. We also enjoyed the coffee. May be the best we have had at restaurant in Dallas. The service was attentive but not rushed. We visited the rooftop where it was louder and bit more festive. It was the best of both worlds! Quiet and relaxing for a date downstairs and great upstairs for drinks with friends. The menu is served in both places with a Happy Hour menu upstairs. We will be back.

Chet's has great menu selection and cocktails. It is a nice quiet dining experience with great service.

We had a nice quiet evening for our Anniversary celebration. The restaurant also had an entire halal menu which is great for Muslims! The food was amazing, we had the fried calamari & shrimp appetizer, the stuffed fried chicken, the 8oz filet Oscar style, and creamed corn. Everything was 10/10! The restaurant has a cozy, romantic atmosphere definitely recommend it for date night vibes!!

Delightful dining experience and highly recommend. We went for a business dinner. The food was great! Fast and delicious. The cocktails were exquisite. Would definitely go back if we are in the Dallas area.

We had a large group for a birthday celebration, including small kids, and the server was great despite how hectic it had to be for her. The food was excellent and the setting was perfect as the space allowed the kids to be energetic without distracting/bothering other diners. The fact that we had great weather to be outside also helped greatly.
