Best Casual Restaurants in The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

We ordered and shared the onion ring appetizer, which was very good and it arrived quickly. Our main orders took a bit longer but showed up hot and very tasty. I had the backyard burger with a ground chicken patty and the wife had the Bleu cheese burger, both were full of flavor and cooked perfectly. I was surprised how moist and flavorful the chicken patty was, not dry at all. A bit pricey, but it is a strip restaurant and we were able to use our Caesar's Rewards Credits to pay for it!

Outstanding service. The Beer-Rita Margarita wasn’t up to par, however the food was awesome.

We had a bumpy start with service due do the restaurant being understaffed. Bill and his team went far above and beyond to make everything right. How a business responds to a poor experience tells everything about the true character of the business, its employees and most importantly its leadership. Great venue with great views. Been there multiple times but this time the service was pretty slow

As far as buffets on the trip goes, this is one of the better ones.
