Tucked down a laneway, housed in an industrial building, you'll find our quirky pizzeria. Our vibe is super casual and we love to see our customers sharing pizzas, beers and enjoying life. Our space is ideal for large groups, but also for families and couples. Were all about the pizza! Pizza Napoletana is authentic pizza from Naples, and we make it according to the generations-old technique....with just a little of our own twists here and there. Our dough is made in-house and fermented for a minimum of 24hrs to create a tasty and light base - minimal yeast so no bloating here. Then its hand-stretched, topped with quality ingredients imported from Italy AND sourced locally, and cooked at a fiery 400 degrees.We do other stuff as well - starters, sharers, salads, homemade desserts, and gelato. My partner and I recently visited Market Bistro, and we had an exceptional dining experience! Our server, Tody, was amazing!! knowledgeable, attentive, and made us feel incredibly welcome!!! I was initially skeptical about trying the grilled octopus, but it turned out to be absolutely delicious. My partner, who isn’t usually a fan of seafood, couldn’t stop raving about the king prawns, saying, "These are the best ones I’ve ever tried!"🤭 We sat at a cozy tall corner table with a perfect view of the chefs in action. It was interesting to watch them work seamlessly, almost wordlessly, as they prepared each dish where everyone had their own station to take care of. The atmosphere added to the overall experience, making every detail stand out. The drinks were also a highlight💃🏼perfectly balanced and super delicious!!! We left thoroughly impressed and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this spot for anyone seeking great food, drinks, and ambiance!
