Byblos Café, originally a Mediterranean market, has been a staple in the orange circle since the 50’s. It was sold to Adel and Zalfa Mahshi in 1989. The family run business became a favorite in the town for Lebanese cuisine. Many locals loyally frequented the spot for their famous Turkish coffee. In 2022, Daily Dose Hospitality, the crew that also runs Bosscat Kitchen & Libations, purchased the business from the family. Waitress Nicole was very good. We were the first of the morning to be sat so ordering and food delivery was quick. The only reason I didn't give 5star for food was we both asked for eggs over EASY and they came Medium. We could've returned them but we didn't. It was still good.

We had a group of 11 for a late lunch. We ordered appetizers, main dishes, sides & dessert. Everyone was happy. The seafood dishes were great, even the non seafood fans loved their selections of grilled chicken. The food was fresh and the service was awesome. We asked our server for many suggestions . We are looking forward to dining at O SEA again!

Our server was super attentive and patient with my multiple questions about wines and entrees. Food was delicious and for Cali, prices were reasonable. Lunch for two with (2) beers, a glass of wine and two entrees ran $75 before gratuity. On a Wednesday at 1:00pm, very quiet atmosphere inside.

The staff is really nice and attentive. The water they prepared for my 16-month daughter has a short straw. I think the waiter cut it shorter, so it’s easier for her to drink. The happy hour menu is great as well. We almost finished ordering the entire drink and food menu 😂
