- BBarbaraNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoVery special place for a special night out. The mansion is gorgeous, with beautiful details everywhere. The pool room is amazing! Service was perfect and food was delicious. The appetizer of fried calamari, zucchini and shrimp was large and delicious. The scallop entree was wonderful. Perfect place for a celebration!More infoGianni's at the Former Versace MansionPrice: Expensive• Italian• South Beach•4.5
- JJudyVIPNew York City •38 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoAba is a very enjoyable dining experience. Both indoor and outdoor areas are beautiful and very welcoming. I actually prefer sitting outdoor, but if it’s too hot indoor would be just fine. The last few times I was at Aba, Travis was our server, and he is terrific. He actually remembered what I drink- blew me away! And the food is delicious- among my favorites, crispy potatoes. The only dish I did not care for was hamachi. But I guess I should know better than ordering Japanese in Mediterranean restaurant. Overall- I recommend and will return!More infoAba Miami - Bal HarbourPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Bal Harbour•4.6
- DDaniVIPMiami - Dade •112 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoThis place is a gem in overhyped, overcrowded and over-attituded Miami Beach. The location is great to get to (near everything and yet not in the middle) and the ambiance is a respite from it all. Fantastic and meal appropriate music plays, one can chat, have a romantic date, hang out with family. The decor is uber-chic, not a shred of the cheap sparkling stuff from elsewhere. Now, let's talk about the food, this is where the 'rubber meets the road': simply outstanding! Every dish was a winner - we did the Chef's tasting and wanted more of every dish. We had trouble rating each offering as they were so good. The food has a definite Latin slant but manages to do so with so much flavor and yet nothing that over powers! The north Florida oysters were incredibly fresh, the cobia delicious, the steak amazing, grilled cauliflower to die for! The cocktails were also perfection. Dessert made us break our no-sweets promise. Of course all this deliciousness can be easily forgotten if service fails to deliver - no such thing here. Our table team was absolutely on-point and the manager visited each and every table just to make sure everything was satisfactory. And this is how its done folks... She even related to engaged a 3yr old at the table that was celebrating her birthday.
