The lunch options are excellent at Cooper’s Hawk and service is always point on. Janie was attentive and personable. I have never had a bad meal or service at any of the CH restaurants that I have frequented. I always stop at CH Richmond when I travel to the Richmond as all the staff are exceptional. Burrata and fig was fabulous. We also really enjoyed the mussels and smoked gouda and pimento appetizers. The salmon either crab is fabulous. I had the sesame chicken salad - delicious - the dressing is great.

Our salads were delicious (caprese and caprese-esque with avocado) and the entrees outstanding. One of us had salmon with scalloped potatoes; and capellini with chicken, mozzarella and basil. Food was hot and served in a timely fashion. The house bread is hearty with great flavor.

We had a great time, the meat flowed freely, service was fantastic, ambiance was on point. My only negative was choices at the salad bar. Not sure if the choices rotate, but last night choices were not too appealing.
