Best Casual Restaurants in Harwood Heights

The food was very good as was the service. We had a good time at this restaurant. The only negative thing is the very confusing parking situation and/or getting in front of this restaurant to leave the car for a valet parking. But, it is most likely the village’s od Rosemont poor planning fault.

Delicious Italian -American food. Reasonable price and large portions. The house salad is huge and enough for 2-3 people.

Great brunch in a very festively decorated Zia’s. Split the breakfast pizza and it was OUTSTANDING! It’s 8 pieces and more than enough for sharing. Daughter loved the Nutella French toast with bananas. Good service, a bit loud which wasn’t a problem, but something to be aware of.

This place is ran like a well oiled machine, from the servers to the staff. The service was impeccable and this place is doing something right. Food being amazing and flavorful was the cherry on top!

L. Woods is such a great place!! I go there quite often, and I try to get something different each time. I can honestly say that everything that I have ever ordered is really, really good!! Tonight I had fried fish--Walleye, to be exact, and it was incredibly tasty! I often get the Mahogany Chicken, because that is my favorite, but I do try to mix it up. Not only is the food excellent, but everyone is very friendly and accommodating if you have a special request. I travel from downtown Chicago to the suburbs because this restaurant is so wonderful! Also, I ordered some side dishes and desserts for Thanksgiving and Christmas this year, and they could not have been better. It is just a simple down home darling place to get a great meal--the bar is always totally hopping, as well as every table being filled. So make sure to make a reservation or you may be disappointed! I cannot say enough great things about L. Woods--just a great meal at a very reasonable price!! Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises has done it again!
