Built in the 1800 as a very modest Bajan home, Dis Ole House is now living its best life hosting people to take part in our wonderful island’s culinary flavors. We offer a very stark contrast to the much grander Sam Lord's Castle at whose gates we are neatly nestled. We provoke curiosity and experiences where little touches like our enamel tableware will make any Bajan smile with yesteryear nostalgia.     The overall experience was amazing. This was my first time having dinner at CK after hearing so many nice recommendations. The food, drinks, seating, and aesthetics were not only amazing but comforting and vibey. I truly enjoyed it, and I will be coming back with more people!

    We had a delicious meal at Dis Ole House. The catch of the day was Marlin and it was perfectly grilled and seasoned. The service was professional and friendly. The restaurant is charmingly decorated too. Most importantly, their Bread Pudding is the best I’ve ever had in Barbados!

    We shared a goat cheese salad and a beet salad. Two of the diners had an appetizer crab cake as their main and one diner had the salmon. A side order of plantain and the apple tarte tatin with creamy vanilla ice cream finished the meal. Everything was presented beautifully , the staff was outstanding and knowledgeable. One of us is deadly allergic to mushrooms and another can’t tolerate cilantro. Not a problem with anything. We will definitely try and return before we leave Barbados!
