Carnivale Bahamas is a vibrant, colorful restaurant that beautifully captures the essence of the Caribbean. From the moment we arrived, we were drawn in by the lively décor and welcoming atmosphere. The food was absolutely fantastic! We started with the guacamole and bronzed brisket appetizers, which were bursting with flavor. For our entrees, one family member enjoyed the snapper, while the rest of us shared the family-style paella with chicken. The portions were generous, and every bite was delicious. The highlight of the evening was the stunning view of the marina at night, which added a magical touch to our dining experience. The outdoor bar is impressive, and I highly recommend sitting outside to fully enjoy the ambiance. Carnivale Bahamas is a must-visit for anyone looking for great food, wonderful service, and an unforgettable atmosphere.

The food and service were great! We went on Christmas evening and they had a live entertainment, which added to the ambiance of the restaurant. Our bill was over $700 for 3 people. Although the food was great, I don’t think it was worth $700.

The staff was warm and welcoming. The food was delicious. We had a variety of selections ranging from sushi rolls and compressed watermelon (refreshingly amazing) to steaks and sea bass which were all prepared with great attention to detail. The food was not over-seasoned nor was it bland and tasteless... it was just right, with the right hints of intentional notes. The serving sizes for the starters and sushi rolls could have been a tad more (but then again, that's just me being greedy because the food was pretty good, and I did leave full). The place is pricey but that's expected for a venue like that, but overall I would definitely recommend.
