- FFreddieManchester/Greater Manchester •1 review4.0Dined 1 day agoWe had an exceptionally nice meal out here! The service was second to none, and they also made sure to look after our dog too. Great food, great wine and great vibe. My only disappointment was the portion size of the Chips considering the price, and that one of the steaks we ordered could've been a little hotter in temperature.More infoBlacklock ManchesterPrice: Expensive• Steak• Manchester•4.8
- MMarwaManchester/Greater Manchester •5 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoGreat service, with very attentive and helpful staff. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed. The food was delicious. We especially enjoyed the bone marrow with onions appetizer. The dish we wanted to try was sold out (the chateaubriand), so we opted for a rib eye and rump instead. We ordered three sides, all of which were delicious. The steaks were delicious , although the rib eye was tad over our preferred done-ness, and a the rump was a little tougher than we expected. The staff listened to our feedback and gave us a discount. We appreciate how seriously they took our feedback despite us assuring them the food was still good. This shows how important the customer experience is to them. Thank you.More infoHawksmoor ManchesterPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Manchester•4.7
- KKateHerefordshire •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoJust great. Excellent service, food was just a celebration for the taste buds. We sat by the fire for a drink. Ate well and then relaxed back at the fire and the chap managing silently refilled the fire without any need for us to say a thing. Just incredible presentation and relaxing. Definitely be going again. Thank youMore infoThe Riverside at AymestreyPrice: Expensive• British• Leominster•4.8
- DDavidLiverpool/Merseyside •3 reviews4.0Dined on Nov 17, 2024This was our first visit to the Lion and we had booked for Sunday lunch. Whilst the quality of the food was very good one slice of meat didn’t quite just justify £22 in our opinion. Overall the service was good, it was a busy restaurant and the staff you could see were working hard. The rest of the meal was good and we intend to visit again.More infoThe Lion at LeintwardinePrice: Expensive• Gastro Pub• Craven Arms•4.5
- JJackieHerefordshire •2 reviews4.0Dined on Oct 11, 2024Another lovely meal at The Batemans. A cold night but the pub was warm and welcoming. Menu has a good choice and a specials board too. Sausage and mash and Chicken and Ham pie were delicious.More infoThe Bateman ArmsPrice: Moderate• Pub• Leominster•4.6
