Best Brunch Restaurants in Rockford

Food was very good, and the service was a little overly good. Waiter seemed a bit eager and then settled down and interrupted less. Our seating was nice and quiet. I would recommend Scholar and go back when in town.

Always incredible food. Such an amazing variety and so flavorful. How do they come up with these combinations??!! Love it all. Slightly noisy. I do feel like I had to raise my voice somewhat to communicate with my table, but food makes up for it.

Loved the Thanksgiving menu. (The salad could have used a little more dressing.) Our server, Justin.....well, what can I say? He was AMAZING! Efficient, knowledgeable & the best sense of humor of any server we've ever had, anywhere! What a personality! How lucky we were to meet & get to know him.

This was my third time resting at this restaurant. The first time was chicken and waffles and I didn’t care for it. But the second time I had the Autumn Harvest Bowl and a side of Mac and cheese… to die for! I loved it so much I had it again last week. I tried making a similar recipe at home but it just can’t compare!! I HIGHLY recommend both!!!
