- MMichaelLas Vegas •5 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoSure! Here’s the revised five-star review including the tasting menu: --- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently celebrated my daughter's 15th birthday, and I cannot express enough how incredible the entire experience was! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special, welcoming us with warm smiles and excellent service. The atmosphere was perfect for a birthday celebration—classy yet comfortable. The decor was beautiful, setting a wonderful backdrop for our evening. We opted for the tasting menu, and it was simply outstanding! Each dish was a masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Every bite was a delight, showcasing the talent and creativity of the chefs. The variety of courses kept us excited, and we appreciated the thoughtful pairings that enhanced each dish. Overall, this was an unforgettable evening filled with laughter, joy, and exceptional food. Thank you for making my daughter's birthday so memorable! We will definitely be back for more celebrations in the future!More infoGiada - The Cromwell Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Italian• The Strip•4.6
- SSharonLos Angeles •13 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoA French-Inspired Culinary Gem As longtime followers of Bobby Flay's culinary ventures, having enjoyed memorable meals at Mesa Grill in Las Vegas and Gato in New York, we were eager to experience his latest Vegas establishment. Brasserie B not only lived up to our expectations but proved to be an AMAZING addition to the city's dining scene. Ambiance The restaurant's aesthetic presents an interesting juxtaposition - while I initially perceived a cafeteria-like simplicity, my husband noted its authenticity to a French brasserie. Thoughtful touches, like providing black napkins to prevent lint transfer to dark clothing, demonstrate attention to detail that elevates the dining experience. Wine Program The wine list, while extensive, skews notably expensive. Our choice of Frank Family Estates Cabernet was excellent, though the markup exceeded typical restaurant pricing. For a Las Vegas establishment, the absence of quality options in the $75-100 range feels like a missed opportunity. While premium wines certainly have their place, a more diverse price range would better serve the full spectrum of diners. Culinary Excellence The true star of the evening was the consistently exceptional food, with each course justifying its premium pricing: Appetizers The steak tartare emerged as a standout, ranking as perhaps the finest version I've encountered - a bold statement given I reserve this dish for trusted high-end establishments. The baby gem Caesar and escargot rounded out our starters, each executed with precision and flavor. Main Courses Our party of three explored diverse offerings, each proving memorable: - Salmon: A revelation featuring a unique honey preparation that transformed the familiar fish into something extraordinary - Pork Chop: So expertly prepared that it was picked clean to the bone - Mussels: Served in a perfectly balanced garlic broth that was light yet flavorful Check out Yelp for complete reviewMore infoBrasserie B by Bobby Flay at Caesars Palace, Las VegasPrice: Expensive• French• The Strip•4.4

- OTOpenTable DinerCentral Kentucky •12 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 9, 2024Food was absolutely delicious. French toast is the best I’ve ever had. All of the servers were very friendly. I do wish there were some options that allowed both a savory and a sweet component, like eggs with pancakes. Also, it is difficult to leave as the exit is the line for diamond team members.More infoCafe Americano at Caesars Palace Las VegasPrice: Moderate• American• Caesars Palace•4.4
