- LLesleyLondon •5 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe went for the Friday Chippy Tea. Our food was fabulous. Perfect pudding, delicious fish and amazing chips. The pudding came with an extra little pot of gravy, just what a northerner needs 😉 Couldn’t fault anything. We were however on a tab,e in an area farthest from the fire and were initially all on our own, so felt a bit away from the real body of the pub, but that wasn’t so bad. Service was very good, didn’t have to wait long, and staff were friendly, polite and courteous.More infoThe Cartford InnPrice: Expensive• British• Preston•4.7
- CCarlManchester/Greater Manchester •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe had an excellent lunch today. My only criticism is the staff at times were too attentive clearing glasses and cups from individuals - it was an obvious selling technique which became annoying as it occurred several times by various staff. Most people can request additional drinks if needed. Based upon your tipping criteria this means higher bills and therefore higher tips if more drinks are purchased.More infoAlbert's StandishPrice: Expensive• British• Wigan•4.6

- LLeonieCheshire •4 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoOne of the best meals out I’ve had in ages. Blacklock might be my new favourite Manchester restaurant. I loved everything about it - low key, unpretentious but such high-quality. Friendly staff, efficient service. It’s really excellent.More infoBlacklock ManchesterPrice: Expensive• Steak• Manchester•4.8
