I had the Maryland Benedict and was surprised that the eggs weren’t poached, or at least the egg yolk was cooked too long. Same with the scotch egg- the egg wasn’t runny like in the menu description. Having the sausage sit in a pool of honey-dijon ruined it. It’s as if the honey dijon was supposed to make up for the flavorless sausage. However, the other two dishes were great. The server was fantastic and I should’ve stuck with his recommendations. He may have been the bar tender too because he made amazing cocktails for our table. I’d be back for those cocktails.More infoStonegardenPrice: Moderate• Breakfast• South Minneapolis•4.9
- BdavidBMinneapolis - St. Paul •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe absolutely loved the Vegan Valentine's Dinner at the Howe. The food was delicious and the drinks were yummy and well-suited to the pairings. The range and amount were great, and the service was outstanding. We love to go to the Howe because they understand vegans and have great options for us. Our only concerns on this night was the cost -- which I guess couldn't be helped because of the amount of food and drink, etc. and also the room was very cold. Luckily we were near the fireplace. All in all it was a wonderful experience.More infoThe Howe Daily KitchenPrice: Moderate• American• Longfellow•4.7

- EErinMinneapolis - St. Paul •2 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoDinner was spectacular. We got the scallops and pork belly, roasted cauliflower, rainbow trout, artisanal seasonal pasta, roasted carrots, and the donuts and chocolate creme brûlée for dessert. Wow! Everything was so delicious! Our favorite was the trout which had this exquisite sauce and the skin was crispy and delicious. The pasta was awesome with zucchini, peas, asparagus, mint, and lemon. The carrots had the most delicious lemon yogurt sauce! And the cauliflower was seasoned with some Indian tasting spices and had these crispy chickpeas which added the perfect crunch. The donuts were to die for! It’s a huge portion of 10 gigantic beignets style donuts. So good! Amy was our server. She was engaging and attentive and the food came out perfectly timed We will definitely be back!More infoCedar + Stone, Urban TablePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Bloomington•4.6
