    We had a very nice meal. Our party of 5 enjoyed the corner table in the back - nice and quiet. Food was great, and service was always there when we needed it, but not hovering. We wish there was a True Foods Kitchen also in Davis or Sacramento, closer to where we live - but we'll be coming back to this one!

The intimate atmosphere was enhanced by a talented acoustic guitarist, creating the perfect backdrop for a memorable date night. The service was impeccable—our waiter, Jeremy, was attentive, knowledgeable, and superb throughout the evening. The highlight of the meal was the seafood grille dish, which was not only beautifully presented but also bursting with flavor. Every bite was a treat, showcasing the chef’s skill and attention to detail. Whether you’re planning a cozy dinner for two or celebrating a special occasion, Wence’s is a fantastic choice. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of their menu!

    This family owned restaurant delivers on all fronts. The service is always friendly (shout out to Gabriel and Angel) and welcoming. The food is excellent (mussels, interesting tacos, guacamole, flan…etc. ). The patio ambiance is so pleasant. Nitpicking the only negatives: the high noise level is frustrating for my old ears, and I would like for them to expand the dinner menu so I have even more delicious choices. Oh there’s a full bar for the drinkers.
