The hostess was very accommodating allowing me to get seated while waiting for the team to arrive. Out waitress Michelle was very sweet and attentive. Food was good and all had a great time. A couple took some of the famous donuts home as well!More infoFounding Farmers VA: TysonsPrice: Moderate• American• Tysons Corner / McLean•4.4

Steak temp requested was medium and I got a perfect medium preparation. Dry January required a non-alcoholic beverage. Mocktail choices are plentiful. Beers not so much. I love Athletica brand beer but they only offered the IPA and I really don’t like IPA’s. No other non-alcoholic beers were available. Really one choice and it’s an IPA? I’m certain the Athletica distributor can bring the Athletica Pilsner. Please stock a broader variety of Athlectica’s. Noise? Yes the musak (90’s rock?) was too noisy for my taste. Our party of 4 wanted to talk to each other and didn’t need so much atmosphere imposed upon us by our hosts at True Foods. Service was great; knowledgeable, attentive and discretely in the background.More infoTrue Food Kitchen - FairfaxPrice: Moderate• American• Fairfax•4.7

Despite the chilly 27-degree weather in Northern Virginia, the cozy, warm ambiance inside the restaurant made for a perfect refuge. The service was exceptional, with our cheery server striking the ideal balance between being attentive and giving us space to enjoy our meal. Their helpful demeanor added a special touch to our morning. We opted for the breakfast buffet, which is our favorite and never fails to impress. I indulged in my all-time favorite pancakes paired with a comforting cup of spirit hot tea while my fiancé enjoyed a refreshing red grapefruit, fluffy scrambled eggs, and crispy home-fried potatoes. To top it off, we shared a steaming Americano that perfectly complemented the meal, especially with my fiancé's breakfast. The food was delicious, the service outstanding, and the atmosphere welcoming—a great start to our weekend. Founding Farmers continues to set the standard for a hearty, satisfying breakfast experience. Highly recommended!More infoFounding Farmers VA: Reston StationPrice: Moderate• American• Reston•4.4
