- NNinaHawaii •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoHad an incredible experience for Christmas Eve. The wait staff made us feel like we were the only ones in the restaurant. Different staff stopped by to check on us and even asked if we liked the bottle of wine, then gave us some insight. Very attentive. Our server was Stephanie and she chatted with us like we were friends. Amazing time!More infoHumuhumunukunukuāpuaʻaPrice: Very Expensive• Hawaii Regional Cuisine• Wailea•4.5
- PPPamelaPVIPLos Angeles •38 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe are huge fans of Merrimans and Monkeypod Kitchen and visit when we are lucky enough to get a resy and the location in Wailea has the best service despite being in a strip mall a little further from the ocean. Our Christmas Eve lunch did not disappoint. We tried some new things on the menu, their market fish was prepare perfectly and we ended the meal with the pies. The mai tais are also the best in Hawaii.More infoMonkeypod Kitchen - WaileaPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Wailea•4.7
- SSHERRIEVIPLas Vegas •15 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoMy husband & I dined with clients at Matteo’s. Our table was outside on the covered lanai, the ambiance & temperature were very enjoyable. Michelle, the hostess was exceptionally welcoming & hospitable upon our arrival. Kiana was our server, she was incredible! So friendly, helpful with the menu, she answered questions about recommendations & ingredients in the menu items. She allowed us time to visit with each other & review the menu, her timing was impeccable throughout our meal. The bruschetta al tonno, misto salad, lasagna, monchong fish special & bolognese were all divine. Great wine & drink menu, too! I would highly recommend Matteo’s in Wailea.More infoMATTEO'S OSTERIAPrice: Expensive• Italian• Wailea•4.8
- DDavidHawaii •161 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoWe were here a couple of weeks ago and came back 2 nights in a row for more great dinners. Excellent service (Angela, Jerry, Daniel) and food, 2 nights in a row. We live on Maui and having a great staycation at Four Seasons Wailea. Hostesses Rachel and Abeer helpful and friendly. Manager Brianna delightful. We loved everything, not a single complaint. Great olive caponata amuse bouche/starter. The Festa menu is an excellent opportunity to try a variety of dishes. Calamari Fritti, Insalata Tricolore, Caprese Invernale, Pastas (with clams/Vongole; Tagliatelle Bolognese); Wagyu Bistecca with spuma, oyster mushrooms brocollini, smoked ricotta carrots. Excellent creative lemon yuzu dessert reminded us pleasantly of our many trips to Capri and the Amalfi Coast.More infoFerraro's Restaurant & BarPrice: Moderate• Italian• Wailea•4.7
- MMattPortland / Oregon •5 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 18, 2024Outstanding meal - probably the best food on Maui. Had the Upcountry Salad (so fresh!), fish of the day (Kampachi in a beautiful truffle sauce), lobster pasta (OMG), and the bread pudding for dessert. Would order the exact same but also try the chicken next time.More infoLineage MauiPrice: Very Expensive• Asian• Wailea•4.8
