Italia several times and although the ambiance is lively and the restaurant has a unique theme openly welcoming their guests into what feels like a big family dinner party there were a couple of disappointments. For the value of the experience the service level and the quantity of food needs to go up several notches. The service level was lacking as our waitress had too many tables and randomly checked in on us. The food quality was consistent as in the past but the salad and entrees we had seem to be smaller in portions than in the past.
