Best Authentic Restaurants in Powell

Our waiter and our waitress were fantastic tonight. There was 11 of us and they were right on top of serving us, checking on us, and getting us refills. It was a great dinner.

Valentina's has easily become one of my wife and I's favorite places to go out to dinner. No matter what time of year, there isn't a bad seat in the house. The food is always perfect, servers always knowledgeable and make great suggestions when asked. At the end of the day, the food and service is what you expect at the price point you pay, worth it every time!

Great fresh Italian food and good wine list. The ambiance and service is great! Just wish the dishes had a little bit more flavor, all dishes were slightly bland. However, the ingredients were rich and fresh, so we will definitely be back.

We really love Marcella’s! The ambience is very nice, the food is good, and the service is always fantastic! I had a glass of the house red wine and spaghetti with red sauce, while my husband had a draft Stella and the Cappelini Pomodoro. They also offer warm Italian bread. Our food was hot, a great portion (truly not too much or too little), and tasted good. We both agreed that Marcella’s is kind of like the Olive Garden of the past where the food was amazing for a chain Italian restaurant and was something you really look forward to. So that to say, it’s not like the most outstanding Italian meal you will ever have, but it’s very good and a fun experience. Our bill came out to a very reasonable price which was great. We were seated in the bar area and our server, Sasha, was incredible. I will always sing the praises of Cameron Mitchell restaurants if for no other reason than the service is spectacular. Marcella’s is always my go to for Italian dining!

Ate there for Valentine's Day 2025 with wife, server was Chris R. (attentive & knowledgeable, checked back with us frequently). Menu was nice, with a specials add-on (Exec Chef & Sous Chef may be related). We chose salads, followed by a strip steak for me and chilean sea bass for wife. Boxed and took home leftovers plus desserts (limoncello chesecake, chocolate cake). Our terrier loved some of the leftovers, too (especially steak, risotto)!! Good value, high quality food
