At the end, they even asked if there was a specific meat we wanted again and they brought that out. They put together a lovely dessert and sang for my girlfriend for her birthday. Only weird thing was that they didn’t have actual napkins. Just small almost cocktail size ones. The cauliflower sformatino is a silken, luscious treat to start the meal - and a dish that I have never sen on another menu (like the malfatti - another winner!).
