Best Authentic Restaurants in Lahaina

We had a wonderful dinner at the Sea House. We arrived early and got a tasty Mai Tai which we enjoyed in their garden space. We were given the option of inside or outside, chose outside and were seated exactly on our reservation time. The sunset view was spectacular! Our server, Craig, was very informative and engaging. We had calamari to start, a wedge for him, the watermelon salad for me. Large portions and yummy! The special was the Prime rib and my husband LOVES rare prime rib. It was a great portion and he loved it! I has the Mac nut opakapaka and loved it! We shared the ice cream pie and took home leftovers of our entrees! Overall loved our experience and will return! Special note: the manager Nico stopped by our table to check on us and we had a lovely chat as we share Chicago roots.

Our dinner was spectacular. The chef was very entertaining and the quantity and taste were excellent.

We were seated at a garden table at 7 pm. We all ordered the same dish because a couple next to us raved about the Macadamia Nut encrusted Mahi Mahi lemon butter caper sauce. It was OUTSTANDING. Probably the best fish dish that I ever had. I was delighted with the size of the serving. The Mac salad was great as as the rice. The sauce was superb. All of us loved it. The service was excellent. I will be back next year.

Excellent dinner experience. Beautiful setting overlooking the ocean and pool with Black and white swans swimming around. Food, of course, was amazing. We started with a delicious Wedge salad for my wife (with what looked like 1/2 pound of crispy bacon)! And I had the Greek Maui Wowie salad - excellent with hearts of palm and shrimp. As you’d expect, my filet was perfect both in how if was cooked and flavor and my wife loved her lobster ravioli. Great service as well. We had eaten there on our honeymoon and was fun to be back 34 years later.

A truly exquisite Omakase -- prepared with incredible delicacy by Chef Eima Yamada! We were excited to try a new restaurant on the Westside which was getting RAVE reviews from locals. It took us awhile to secure a Friday night reservation, but it was definitely worth the wait. Probably the tastiest and freshest fish I have ever had in my entire life. Definitely felt like you were dining in Tokyo!
