T54 Restaurant & Bar offers modern, Italian cuisine in a welcoming and intimate atmosphere. Husband and wife owners, Massimo Schiavon & Antoinette Borromeo, provide an extension of their home to guests. A few of their signature dishes are Trofie Pesto Genovese, Rigatoni Bolognese and a Pasta on the Wheel. This was our first time at T54, and we were very impressed. We remember the old restaurant that was once in this location, but the transformation has been a marked improvement. The ambience is very nice and the food was excellent. We all ordered various pastas and each was delicious. Our server, Anthony, was a delight. He was funny and engaging and offered lots of good advice on food choices. We will definitely return to T54 in the future.

Our Christmas dinner was a delightful surprise. The restaurant served their regular menu, and every dish was a culinary triumph. We started with a flavorful lamb soup and a refreshing kale and pumpkin salad. The highlight was the shrimp bake—a generous portion of succulent shrimp and mushrooms, minimally breaded, which was a pleasant departure from expectations. The lamb shank was tender and satisfying, though a bit understated in terms of seasoning. However, it was still delicious. For dessert, we indulged in baklava, a new experience for us. It was rich, sweet, and absolutely delicious. We can't wait to return and savor these dishes again.
