November 1999 was the month Chef Saipin and her husband Bill took over Lotus of Siam. Since then, Thai food became an adventure for those willing to step out of their comfort zones for Asian Cuisine. Chef Saipin’s distinct cooking has been passed down from generation to generation, from both her grandmothers and her husband’s grandmothers. Her northern style cooking has opened America into the “Northern” world of Thailand, away from the Bangkok style of sweet and tang.     Everything was great as usual! Tonight we had Derrick because our regular waiter, Florin was out. Derrick did amazing, very attentive, kept checking on us. Diner was great. Hubby had the NY and I tried something different, the pork chop. It was really good and really thick! Thanks for the suggestion Derrick! Service was spot on and prices are reasonable. Everything we’ve had at Anthony’s has been great! Our waiter is always Florin and on his days off we have Derrick or Dave, had a few others and they weren’t as personable, good if you want to know about wines but it’s not fit us. Those 3 waiters TO US ARE THE BEST & servers & busers are ALL really good, except the funky hair guy, he’s not really attentive and not a people person. OVERALL A GREAT DINNER!

    Wonderful place with great staff. I goofed and was an hour early for our reservation and they sat us early any way. Our server was nice and answered all our questions. They were playing music it wasn’t overly loud and added to the experience. Food is expensive but it’s not Dennys you are there to experience authentic German atmosphere. Recommend for special occasions.

    Three of us decided last minute to go on Christmas day for the gaming at The M Resort and decided to try The Raiders Tavern & Grill. They were able to accommodate us within 5 minutes or walking up to the podium. Service was great, efficient, and friendly. Food was hot, flavorful, and relatively inexpensive. The menu was larger than expected for a "sports bar", but this is much more of a restaurant. There are plenty of TVs around, full bar service, fair number of beers to choose from, and the same goes for the wines. Holding a conversation was never an issue even with NFL and NBA games everywhere. Try the Shrimp & Grits; has a nice kick to it. The beer battered Fish & Chips were light and not greasy, and the fries were crunchy on the outside and tender inside. Buffalo Wings were meaty and spicy. Potato Skins were great with a crisp skin, cheese, scallions, and sour cream topping. Tacos were good. We will be back.

    We hadn't been to Jayde 16 before. We used to go to Jayde Fusion when it was on the main floor of the M casino. The menu was a different format but thought we would give it a try for my wife's birthday. We were pleasantly surprised. The flavor of everything was top notch. Service was great. For a party of 5, the bill was reasonable. We are definitely coming back when the weather warms up so we can enjoy the outdoor patio on the 16th floor.
