- JJanetDenver / Colorado •8 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoExcellent food and service although a bit too noisy, some sound masking would be a great idea with so many hard surfaces. Getting a reservation is tough, which is annoying as we live nearby. Happy to have a great caliber restaurant that feels fresh and light in this area. Loved the locally grown fresh greens!More infoOsteria AlbericoPrice: Expensive• Italian• Englewood•4.5

The service was impeccable (especially our waiter Glen), the food expertly prepared and the ambiance was relaxing. We started with the steamed mussels, which was a very generous portion in a garlic butter bath. Next, we had the wedge salad and the tomato onion salad which were both delicious. Our main courses included the prime rib and the petite filet. Again, both prepared to perfection. Sides included the asparagus and Maytag potatoes, which were sharables. Finally, we had the souffle for dessert. It was light, but flavorful. We will visit again for a special occasion. The prices are high - the meal described along with a couple of cocktails ran nearly $400. I recommend taking a look at the menu before you go so you won't be surprised. Definitely worth it for an anniversary or birthday. Beware some people bring their small children. You may get seated next to a family. Otherwise, worth a try!More info801 Chophouse - DenverPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown / LoDo•4.9
