She was so friendly and gave some amazing recommendations. I had the salmon, but I wanted to substitute the sauce for a white sauce that they didn’t have on the menu. Julia spoke to the chef and the manager and they were able to create a wonderful sauce that exceeded my expectations. It was amazing and exactly what I wanted! That dish is genuinely one of the best meals I’ve ever had and I am so thankful for the team going above and beyond to provide me with excellent service. After our meal, my sister and I had the chocolate almond cake, which blew my mind. Julia said that was her favorite and she was absolutely right because it was delicious! Chef Sebastian even came by the table to chat and to tell us a little more about the inspiration and personal stories behind each. The straciatella, pork belly, and bronzino were all highlights.
