Unfortunately, the limited menu of the Mistletoe Lunch Buffet at $52.00 pp was very disappointing. Mains: The beef rib and pre-sliced turkey are not carved from roast but appeared to have pre-processed or packaged beginnings similar to a diner. The third option was an overcooked fish dish in a sauce. Of the desserts, the mango pudding was good and the apple streusel was flaky. The plain cheesecake had a soggy crust. Would guess that desserts might not be made in house. The restaurant itself is comfortable, attractive and was quiet on a weekday lunch. Sadly, our party of 4 cannot recommend the buffet.

The price was not at all worth it. Service was terrible. We had no information from the server and took forever to even order a coffee and get the coffee. For the price of it you get no options. There were SO few starch options only potato lyonnaise or croissants. For sides there was only the potatoes, a mixed veg, a ravioli and a stuffing. All the items were cold. The eggs benedict were freezing cold. There was no bread available. There were so few breakfast choices. The fruit plate looked like something you would get at the grocery store. They also ran out of things quickly and we were told they were just out and would not be restocking. There is just no way to justify the price of it.

A Letdown for a Special Celebration: We came here to celebrate a milestone 65th birthday after years of dining here with great experiences. Sadly, this visit didn’t live up to the standard. The note about our special occasion was ignored, and we were given poor seating. Meanwhile, influencers received prime spots and handled food with shared utensils, creating serious health concerns before customers even had access to the buffet. This isn’t what I expect from an upscale restaurant, especially at this price point. It’s disappointing to see paying customers overlooked for influencer appearances. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, as this was an unfortunate experience on an important event.

We went with my elderly mother and husband for Thanksgiving brunch. The buffet of food was amazing! So much variety. Not everything was a hit, but there was definitely enough to keep everyone happy and full. There was a live classical guitarist playing throughout the brunch was a really nice and classy touch - not too loud and added a lovely energy to the dining experience. The staff were super friendly, attentive and efficient which is impressive to find these days. An excellent holiday meal and no mess to clean up! We will definitely be making this our regular holiday event.

We were a group of six ladies and one baby for afternoon tea. The restaurant was quiet when we arrived. Shortly after being seated and placing our orders, we were asked to move to another table to accommodate a larger group. The service was a bit slow as the staff seemed occupied with preparing for the incoming group. Food was delicious and would return.

Clearly stated Tax and fees are included in the price when I booked. When I pay though, not only 15% service fee was on, even put taxes for the service fee too. Told me on the spot it was OpenTable's problem and told me to go after OpenTable, basically sweep me under the rug.
