About this restaurant

Elliott’s Oyster House has been Seattle’s classic seafood house & waterfront dining destination for almost 50 years. Our award-winning restaurant features an expansive oyster bar with 24-26 varieties, highlighting the natural flavors of the finest seafood in the Pacific Northwest. Located on the Seattle waterfront on Pier 56, guests flock to Elliott’s for their signature sustainably sourced Dungeness Crab fresh from local waters, wild salmon from thriving runs, and sustainably caught Pacific finfish, in addition to their custom smoked Northwest seafood with Alaskan scallops, King salmon and shellfish.     This is one of my favorite places to go for lunch! The food and service never disappoints, and I cannot get enough of the view!

    Although we odered entrees, it was an hour before we got our food. Claim chowder was ok, oysters Rockefeller was just so so. Our main entrees were not appetizing. The sauces didn’t taste good . I think they tried to make it fancy but it ended up tasted weird. Why the 20 % service charge the m Al’s was Very disappointing

    Over priced average food. It felt very much like the types of tourists traps you find at Disney. They have a very well trained wait staff that pushes high priced items. The drinks are small, I don’t know how they could fit a full shot of bourbon in the glass they gave me. It had a 1 1/2 squared cube of ice and a cherry and still was barely half full.

    Elliott’s was amazing! The food was excellent from start to finish. My husband and I had the Halibut with the parsnip purée and hazelnuts that was out of this world! Great views and awesome staff too.

    The food is top of the line, I was a little disappointed in the service. The restaurant was not overly busy but the table service was less than stellar, my tea glass was empty for long periods of time and foods service was slow. All of that being said it is still one of my favorite restaurants in town.

    Excellent service! Food was delicious- we had the crab cakes and salad, followed by the prawns and scallops over risotto.

    The oyster selection was excellent, unfortunately that’s where my attraction to the restaurant stopped. The location is convenient and I assume it has nice views, obviously for dinner in the dark, views count for nothing. The food was good, nothing outstanding. The very slow service Killed it for me, it was not overly busy yet it took way too long between courses and to get my check… and to insult further, 20% gratuity was already mandatorily added and I was asked to tip a few percent more for the server…. left a bad taste in my mouth…. I would not return.
