   The ambiance of the hotel & the Edison was so relaxing and enjoyable. Our waiter was very attentive and helpful. We loved the food! Overall, a great experience for our family!

   The atmosphere is great, laid back, casual, upscale bar. The food is just okay, limited menu and over priced. We ate lunch and dinner here. Same menu options for both. The view is good if you sit near the windows. We will def opt for blue ridge meals next time. The food and the prices just don’t meet the mark. We had burger and grilled cheese for much—pretty good, we had steak and dinner salad for dinner—I had a very small handful of arugula. Not parity the price. The $75 steak dinner needed steak sauce. Chardonnay was sour. Wait staff was phenomenal.

   We had an early reservation at 5:00 AM and were promptly seated. With a group of five, we ordered a few appetizers and then our main courses. The appetizers arrived promptly and were delicious. However, we faced a significant delay in receiving our entrees. Despite placing our order over an hour earlier, we were still waiting for our food when people who arrived after us were served . This was particularly disappointing considering that at least two other tables around us had to return their food or complain to the manager. Given the circumstances, we can only assume that this was a bad night due to the post-New Year’s rush.

   Good and service were delicious and the views are our favorite! My challenge was the parking charge of $30 (self-parking). I was surprised this wasn’t validated and very disappointing.

   Our server Kat was excellent...the pretzel bread was delicious! My steak was overcooked and I would not order it again!

   Reservation got us in very quickly with others waiting. Table had great views. App was lettuce wraps which had alot of uneddible onion skins instead of beef. Wings good not great. Pork osso buco solid meal. Butcher special was 8 oz filet with potato wedges and beans. Steak had good crust but was over cooked and potatoes just bland. No price listed or given by staff and ended up being $75! Nuts price in my opion.

   It’s $30 to park, even if you’re only there for an hour. Overpriced food for the quality. Overall disappointing

   The setting is beautiful. Food is pricey, which is to be expected, but the quality should match that, especially given the setting and ambience. The burger was very disappointing and dry, and wasn't served with anything, just a dry burger on a dry bun, so we had to ask for the burger set to be served with it that was described on the menu. The deviled eggs were very good. Kids enjoyed their grilled cheese and chicken strips, but overall food should be higher quality for the price. Overall it was a lovely experience but I'm not sure we'd dine here again.
