   Edge was one of the best restaurant experiences we’ve ever had. The steak was amazing - cooked perfectly. Actually all of the food was amazing, and thus we ate way too much :) The service was top-notch, too. Our Server, Bryan, went above and beyond to make my shy daughter comfortable. He joked with her, pretended she was paying the bill, brought her a blanket when she was cold, and gave her an extra chocolate with dessert.

   Some of the entrees are warm not hot. The staff were eager to “make it right”The service was superb. We love the team and especially Eunice.

   The staff was wonderful, welcoming, and so what the ambiance. The food was good, but not “excellent” based on the price point. One great customer service thing that happened: in order a wonderful steak medium temp. I received a well done steak, within a few minutes I had the right steak/temp on our table.

   Could have been the night but our steak tartare was sliced cooked steak. Our yagu ribeye was NY. Our chocolate soufflé was undercooked.

   We don't get to Park City very often but when we do, we always dine at The Edge. It is without a doubt the very best restaurant in the area in every respect..........ambiance, service, quality of food and selection.
