   This was my first time here and I loved it. Our server was very attentive, seating was great and the aesthetics of the restaurant was just amazing. Would definitely come back.

   Eddie V @ Tyson is my fav go to for the past yrs at least 3 times per yr. Last night we noticed a few things: 1. our lobster bisque was not individually pourd out to the bowl infront of us. 2. I ordered extra steak sauce and it didn not come with my steak, it took a remider to the waiter before we got it. 3. the same for our side mushrom, it took a reminder to thw waiter before it came out about 5 min later. The food still good and overall our guests did like theirs.

   Food and service were wonderful. The had a card as well as an a lovely desert for our wedding anniversary. Very nice touch . We will be back.

   Overall amazing experience! The food is always stellar and it was my 3rd time eating at Eddie Vs this week. Murat in the bar area is simply fantastic! Ask for him in your reservation!

   Always a treat when I stay at the Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner, which is across the courtyard from Eddie V’s. The reception was very warm and I was allowed to sit at the bar for my meal. The bartender service was superb and friendly. The food and drink menu was interesting and unique. Started with the bourbon drink, “The Private Plane” and the drink was detailed with a small paper airplane on the rim. Very cool. The appetizers I couldn’t resist the steak tartar and the lobster taco’s. Could have been enough to eat but had to try the Chimmichuri Lamb. Unfortunately, the chef used the wrong spice for the chimmichuri. It came with what appears to be a mint sauce, not a traditional cilantro based sauce. Sent back and went with the basic seasoned grilled lamb, which turned out great. The manager did come out to apologize and explain that they apparently use a different cilantro. It came out dark green as opposed to the traditional light green cilantro with garlic, lemon and red wine vinegar. Other than that, it was a great visit and look forward to my return

   We loved Eddie V's, but it's definitely not the place to go for an intimate dinner if you're looking for a quiet ambiance. It's very energetic and loud. I was yelling across the table at my husband. The food was great. Cocktails were really good and unique. Steak was, of course, amazing and cooked to perfection. Truffle mac and cheese was so good, highly recommend, and the asparagus, I can't figure out how to cook it that good! It was definitely an experience, and we really enjoyed it!
