   We loved Eddie V's, but it's definitely not the place to go for an intimate dinner if you're looking for a quiet ambiance. It's very energetic and loud. I was yelling across the table at my husband. The food was great. Cocktails were really good and unique. Steak was, of course, amazing and cooked to perfection. Truffle mac and cheese was so good, highly recommend, and the asparagus, I can't figure out how to cook it that good! It was definitely an experience, and we really enjoyed it!

   Not a great place for a business dinner, service was incredibly slow (3.5 hours for 3 courses) and they were pretty inattentive for a pretty pricey restaurant. One of the main courses came out wrong (Filet came out instead of a bone in ribeye) but the manager comped a couple glasses of wine to make up for that. Music was too loud in the main dining room and the price was not worth the quality and taste of the food.

   My recent visit to Eddie V’s with my wife for my birthday celebration was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to our server, Catherine, who provided attentive and excellent service throughout the evening. The highlight of my meal was the Chilean Sea Bass, which was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The ambience was lively and sophisticated, enhanced by a live band that added a vibrant touch to the dining experience. Overall, Eddie V’s offers a top-tier dining experience with great food, service, and atmosphere, making it an ideal choice for special occasions or a night out.

   Chad, the general manager made our visit unforgettable. The food was excellent. Our service was incredible but the little extra that he did to make sure that our dinner was awesome was really appreciated.

    We had a lovely experience at Eddie V’s. Our server Sophie was fantastic. She was very attentive and fun. The food was absolutely delicious and was servers very quickly.
