Went to ECHO with some friends for dinner on the recommendation of a friend. Beautiful restaurant in a very nice hotel. The outdoor seating was comfortable and had spectacular water views. I ordered the Red Fish and the food was delicious. Our server was particularly nice and the service was delightful. I would absolutely come back again next time I'm down in St. Simons!

Delicious. Chicken Alfredo for me and Salmon for my husband. Started with a shared wedge salad which was huge and tasty. Will definitely be back. One of our favorites on the island.

Echo was very busy for the holiday meals. The food was outstanding , service was very good especially considering how busy they were. We were concerned that due to it being Christmas it wouldn’t be as good but needless to say they did an amazing job. I would recommend highly.
