The staff were delightful and gave excellent service. We were a big group, which is always harder, but they were very accommodating and have us a lovely evening.

Exceptional fine dining. Expertly crafted and designed food, paired with carefully selected wine results in a unique gastronomic experience. It is expensive… but worth it.

Perfect hosts, charming and competent, good chefs and a selection of classic dishes as well as vegan and vegetarian. And all of this combined in one of the most beautiful villages in the Eifel.

They offer four, five and six course menus. We chose the four, which also included a lovely apero course. We selected the wine pairing-a good idea-Beautifully curated selections of regional vineyards plus the most delicious Champagne; Perfect service as well. In warmer weather, their courtyard terrace would be a great spot to sit but their dining room is pleasantly simple and cozy, perfect for a cold November evening in Koplenz.

I prepare to stay in the corner to see the view but we are in the middle and didn't say the view outside!!!! We still see a lot of available table I hope next time it would be in the table that you can see the view except that Everything were perpect
