With unrivalled views of the Pioneer and Boulder Mountains and accessible only by gondola, the Roundhouse Restaurant has been serving up memorable meals, soul-warming drinks, and stunning views since 1939. Whether you are joining us for a relaxing lunch by the fire or our signature 4-course prix fixe dinner, Roundhouse offers the authentic charm of historic Sun Valley with a spectacular on-mountain dining experience.

Reservations are recommended for lunch and required for dinner. Peak holiday dinner reservations from Dec. 20th-Jan. 4th require pre-payment and can be made by calling the Guest Center at (208) 622-2800. Dinner reservations include gondola access, while lunch reservations require the purchase of a lift ticket or foot traffic pass. Incredible dining experience. Got our group of 8 in last minute & it was the most beautiful & incredible meal. Intimate setting, cozy with the fireplace, & just top notch. Lily was our server & she was incredible. Have always loved this restaurant & vineyard for lunch/brunch but dinner was next level. Thank you so much for the wonderful night.

Join us in our Wednesday through Saturday for our reservation-only five-course tasting menu, featuring a prix fixe meal with curated beverage pairings. The menu changes every five weeks and no course is ever repeated. The regular menu price is $115 per person, and the pairing is $40 per person. On Friday and Saturdays at 6:15 pm, we offer our standard menu, while the 9 pm service is known as Supper Club. Supper Club features an unpublished menu for $115, including beverage pairings.

I had an incredible experience at Peaceful Belly. The farm-to Fork concept truly shines with seasonal dishes that burst with freshness. The cozy rustic atmosphere just adds to the charm.

We’ve been dining at Chandlers for 5 years now. It is every bit as outstanding as it was the first time we were here. That speaks volumes! We will be clients forever. Took a friend to dinner for the holidays. It was a great evening. The service was phenomenal and the dinner was delicious. Scallops for an appetizer is a perfect way to start the adventure. I had the sea bass and it was amazing. All in all it was a wonderful dining experience.

Beautiful restaurant and good service. Unfortunately the food was mediocre, especially the entrees. We all ordered from the Sunset menu. The clam chowder was good with lots of clams. The Caesar salad was a typical Caesar salad. The shrimp cocktail made with petite shrimp and virtually no sauce was disappointing. The salmon duet with shrimp was also disappointing. Both proteins were overcooked. The accompanying rice was nothing special and the Brussels sprouts were tasteless. The roasted garlic prawn entree was actually small shrimp and difficult to eat as the shrimp were in the shell. It also came with the same rice and Brussels. Both desserts options were very good.
