Located in Paia, Maui, we invite you to dine in our intimate, all Chef's Table dining room. Our everchanging Market Driven Menus always include a glass of sparkling wine, are Prix-Fixe, between 6-8 courses and range from $230-$300 per person plus tax, gratuity and any additional alcohol.

RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: If you are late, please call to let us know. We will make every attempt to catch you up, but we absolutely cannot make any guarantees on coursing and pacing. Reservations are STRICTLY held by Credit Card. Cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation will be charged $200 per guest, WITH ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. Please allow at least 2.5 hours for dinner. Allergies or dietary restrictions must be made known to the restaurant when reservation is made. If dietary restrictions are presented without notice, we will make every reasonable attempt to accommodate them but can make no guarantees.

Always a wonderful dining experience at Honu. Food quality and presentation are outstanding and our server, Gerry, made great recommendations. Gerry and the kitchen staff also created a relaxed flow of courses - which allowed us to fully enjoy our evening. Mahalo Honu!

We had a fantastic experience at the chefs table! The food and staff were all amazing. Highly recommend for great food and a fun experience! We had some dietary restrictions due to pregnancy, and they were awesome at accommodating easily!

What a great dinner! The food (eggs, poke, fish and duck) were all really delicious. And Joey was so attentive and professional and really made sure the evening went smoothly. Great job. Lineage is by far our favorite.

This is a strip mall gem in Kihei (Center). It is not a top-drawer location, but everything is top-notch. The food is fresh and authentic-Thai. Cocktail list is creative and good; wine list even better - great selection/good value. Everything to eat is the real deal from appetizers to entrees - plenty of choice and very good. We even had the best coconut ice cream we’ve had in a while. This place gets high marks and an unqualified recommendation.

Dine at the most breathtaking oceanfront setting in Kapalua Resort. Peter Merriman Chef/Restauranteur has brought his unique style of Hawaii Regional Cuisine to Maui. A pioneer in the “Farm to Table” concept, Peter serves only the freshest products, at least 90% of which are locally grown or caught, using only sustainable methods.

Reservations are released 60 days prior at 6am HST. This includes all holidays. Although we cannot accommodate parties larger than 8 people or split reservations in our main dining room, we do have other options available. Please email reservations@merrimanshawaii.com for groups larger than 8 people.

For a more casual dining experience, join us at The Point, our oceanside dining location offering a casual menu. The Point opens daily at 4pm, weather depending. Reservations are not needed or accepted for The Point. Happy Hour is from 4pm to 530pm at the Point and Bar.

This place is an absolutely gorgeous setting on the water. The service was exceedingly exceptional. We had a delayed flight and were late to our reservation, but they held a table for us for my husband’s birthday, and they made it extra special with a complimentary toast and dessert. The food was so fresh and delicious; we had the Hummus and quesadilla to start, and the daily ocean special (red snapper) and the macadamia nut crusted mahi-mahi. Everything from the view, the music, the service, the mai tai, and the food, was PERFECT!

At Marlow we specialize in artisan style, neapolitan sourdough pizza, as well as locally sourced meats and vegetables. Our menu, space, and offerings change seasonally. We aim to bring you modern yet rustic meals to be shared. Chef/Owner Jeff Scheer and wife Kaili, have always loved to entertain at their home in Kula. The concept for the restaurant is an extension of that warm hospitality felt while sharing good food and wine around a table of family and friends. When the restaurant industry shut down in March of 2020, the pair began making sourdough pizza out of their outdoor oven at home. Milling whole wheat berries from a farm in Arizona, hand stretching mozzarella, whole-animal butchery, growing artichokes and summer squash for toppings - it was a true labor of love. What began as a ritual has grown into a restaurant. We look forward to seeing you at Marlow soon.
