Our dining selections were fantastic as to be expected, however Julie made our meal memorable. On time with courses, delivered with a smile, and a fantastic sense of humor. She is truly professional. We were in Cleveland to see the symphony and made last minute reservations at Valerio's in Little Italy which is super close to Severance Hall. We were seated promptly and Michael, our server, was a delight. He took excellent care of us, rattled off the specials, and made great recommendations. We ordered the swordfish and the lamb shank and both were amazing. The swordfish was perfectly grilled and delicious. The lamb shank was very tender, falling off the bone, with gravy that was to die for. Both were reasonably priced and less than what we expected to pay. We will definitely go back.

Always a great place to dine. Tried the new chicken black rice bowl at lunch and it was so good. Service is prompt and friendly and the servers are always helpful with dining recommendations.
