Delmonico Steakhouse is elegant and luxurious both in cuisine and atmosphere while offering a comfortable, approachable ambiance that is as breathtaking as it is inviting. With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections. Inspired by Chef Emeril’s New Orleans culinary roots, the emphasis on Creole cooking builds upon French techniques with an infusion of robust flavors that elevate the traditional steakhouse experience using the freshest and finest ingredients.     Great food and ambiance! Service was excellent. We had reservations, but wanted to have a little extra time before a concert at the Sphere, and they were very accommodating! The steaks were excellent quality and cooked to perfection! Great tasting steak and side dishes!

    Went for the Banana cream pie for my birthday. Ended up getting the prix-fix menu and adding the extra for the pie as it wasn't part of the prix-fix. Very pleased overall.

    Went for lunch and enjoyed the best ribeye I’ve had after eating at other steakhouses. Right texture and taste. Even the side of broccoli was plentiful. Servers made sure my water was kept updated throughout the meal.

    All the serving staff was very nice and helpful. We were in a bit of a corner and it was a little stuffy, but not terrible. Loved the burrata tomato salad and the Chateaubriand was a nice treat.
