Best Wineries in Oak Lawn

First timer. The menu was tantalizing, the service was extraordinary, the food was great - especially the ricotta appetizer, and the red sauce on our pasta and gnocchi was amazing - the Italian bread served us well, ensuring that every drop of that sauce was consumed. The staff are a team, and there are many and they are all working - it was fun to watch. The one "mistake" we made is sitting near the kitchen, because we were forced to see all of the dishes we didn't order come out - I am pretty sure I would find a way to eat here several times per month if I lived nearby.

Our waitress, I believe, Jessica was her name , was exceptional. Not only did she provide courteous service, but her candid , informed recommendations were insightful, given our previous experiences at Coopershawk! The new Abrillante, International wine was a perfect accompaniment to the decadent chef’s cheesecake recommendation! A bottle is now waiting patiently in my refrigerator waiting to be uncorked! Always great! Christmas Day Dinner is usually stressful and expensive at a restaurant. It was perfect at Francesca’s last night. They did a great job allowing off the menu selections, friendly service and a beautiful atmosphere. But, pls for the love of Italian food, bring back the old Ceasar Salad. The new recipe is not good. The old one was perfection!!!

The restaurant was very busy, but still accommodating, wait staff very friendly and the atmosphere was warm and inviting.

We came over to check in about 15 mins before our reservations and we were seared immediately. Everyone was so friendly and polite. The place was decorated beautifully. We love the fairies that come around to the table no matter how old you are. They were so sweet and make the experience even more enjoyable. Our waiter was wonderful so attentive, never having to look for him, always refilling our glasses and providing prompt and friendly service. Food came out quick and was very good. We never felt rushed. We were able to go by the tree and take pictures. It was just a fabulous time. We had our first experience there last year and now we’ve made this an annual tradition. We look forward to many more years to come.
