The tasting fee is $45-50 per person and fees are waived with a minimum purchase. We are also home to Brixeur Spirits, which was started by the team at Trisaetum in 2020. With vodka distilled from estate grapes, gins with locally foraged botanicals, and whiskeys aged in a mix of used Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Riesling casks, our approach to the distillation and aging of spirits is heavily influenced by our winemaking roots. Spirits tastings are offered in the cottage on weekends, and in the wine tasting room daily upon request. Due to space limitations, reservations are recommended.Hours: Monday-Thursday | 11am - 4pmFriday-Sunday | 10am - 4pm503-538-9898 or info@trisaetum.com

Our family planted our first vineyard in 1981. John, Lynn and Andrew Albin work tirelessly to master the art of wine growing and produce high quality wines of great finesse. May you enjoy our wines with friends and in good health. Cheers!Note1: For Google Maps, type in SIX PEAKS WINERY. The cross street is Bald Peak and Melott Rds. If you use our physical address, google maps will direct you to the bottom of the vineyard on Holly Hill Rd. :(Note2: Our tastings are conducted out of doors, on our covered deck, where you can enjoy your wine and a beautiful view. Blankets and personal heaters are provided when chilly.

Super quaint, small-capacity restaurant! The size and ambience make it a special experience, but it’s so reasonably priced that you can treat yourself often! The limited, “build your own ramen” menu results in quick service! Perhaps some additional options for add-ins (eg, shrimp, broccolini) might be available in the future? Even if it remains as is, we’ll be frequently dining here!

Always great visits but pick up parties are special. Busy but the nice friendly staff handled it well, being very attentive and explained the tastings expertly without hype. Of course, the wines are terrific and tasting pours are generous. Brixeur party coming up soon-can't wait.
