A family-owned winery producing fresh, bright and unique wines from Napa & Sonoma. Specializing in unique & esoteric varietals and styles including Chenin Blanc, Muscat, & Riesling all made in a crisp, and dry style. In addition, LOLA produces excellent Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, & Cabernet Sauvignon.The LOLA House, built in 1892, is a quaint and historical home in Calistoga, where we share our passion for all aspects of grape growing, wine making, food, & art. The charming, genuine, & fun tastings are held in the lush, outdoor garden patios surrounding the house. Fun fact - LOLA Founder/Winemaker Seth Cripe is also one of the world's only producers of Bottarga, a type of caviar made from salt-cured and dried grey mullet roe. This rare and revered delicacy is the featured as an add on food pairing at the LOLA tasting room. Located in the Heart of Sonoma Valley, Loxton Cellars is a working winery surrounded by 5 acres of estate vineyard. It is the intent of owner/winemaker, Chris Loxton, to produce handcrafted wines, made without compromise, that show balance and a sense of place. Wine tastings (no food) are currently offered by reservation and take place outdoors allowing guests to enjoy a lineup of handcrafted wines while taking in breathtaking views of the Mayacamas mountain range. Tastings are $20/person, include a flight of 5 wines and offer a casual and educational experience. In the event of rain we do have you covered, but it can be a bit chilly this time of year so we suggest bringing layers. While we do not sell or serve food, you are welcome to bring snacks or lunch to enjoy in the picnic area. If you do not see the time you are looking for available give us a call at 707-935-7221 and we may be able to accommodate.

    Subtle elegance is what you get with Compline. From the ambiance of the restaurant to the service and definitely not least, the food. We partook of the 6 course chef’s tasting with a wine pairing and it was such a pleasure. Our servers spoiled us with their attention to our comfort. Our Sommelier entertained and educated us along with our wine pairing which was spot on. The chef, Edwin, came table side and described our dishes as we were being served. EVERY course was delicious with their tomato soup and smoked short ribs Stars of the show. We are fans of chef’s tastings and pairings. Having dined at Foray, Le Petite Canailles, Press, Protege, Single Thread and French Laundry, Compline definitely holds its own in this lineup. Bravo !! We look forward to dining with you again.

    We enjoyed my daughter in laws birthday lunch at The Saint. We had a swanky private room at the back of the wine bar. The food was very good. The service staff were helpful. It was easy to make a reservation for our party of 10.
