Each course tasted better than we imagined it would. The server, Jane, was incredible.     I love dining at this hidden gem. The food is wonderful and the menu selections are inspired by local ingredients. I only dine here once a month, but the staff remembers me and treats me like I’m the most important person in the room. Many people believe that hotel restaurants are not wonderful, but they truly are the best I’ve ever experienced.
