One of the most special people in my life flew across the world to come and see me for a few days. And there was only one place I wanted to share the first day together with and that was at this wonderful restaurant. I always find Sundays tricky at restaurants, but I knew this one would not disappoint me. The ever changing eclectic menu, carefully crafted - was as usual - filled with wonderful choices and when our meal came out only one word comes to mind ..wow! The other test of a good place is what happens when the key manager is not there-not to worry here. The staff absolutely are a team- quietly and efficiently making it all happen. The service absolutely on it The vibe in the restaurant - authentic, relaxed - and chilled out ..just as it should be - seemingly effortless … I’ve said this before and I can only say it again this truly is the best restaurant in Williamsburg. Sorry Missy. Sorry everyone else. You’ve got a long way to go. Which makes me wonder - Why aren’t they on the top 50 New York list? Lazy journalists maybe? Go! Truly And no- I don’t hold shares in the place , although I wish I did

I had a delicious burger perfectly prepared. My girlfriend ordered and loved her avocado toast. Clara, our server, was excellent, as always.

My clients love Executive Chef Partner Alex Garcia! His signature beef choices & sides are favorites!! GM Jill is fashionably dressed in a knockout red leather dress. Diningroom Mgr Laura is the “hostess with the mostest”!! Our waiter Luis was well versed in menu choices to complement our tastes! Bennett mixes a grey goose perfectly chilled!! We began with Seafood soup &.Jumbo shrimp cocktail. Perfectly prepared filet minion & a new seafood creation: 5 tender scallops over a risotto with lobster chunks perfectly cooked al dente!! And cheesecake with a gorgeous fruit medley to WOW the most discerning for dessert. The “Street talk”:. All midtown competition salivate for the “standing room only” customers in the lounge and without a reservation no availability in the diningroom!!
