Best Wine Bars in Milton

Peak holiday season for our dinner, so a full restaurant. Andie provided outstanding service, wine selection and menu options were also exceptional. One of the best restaurants in downtown roswell!

Great pizza - try the potato pizza, you won’t be disappointed. Pasta is al dente, which I like but may not suit some kids tastes. The garlic bread is like a pizza, but the other sides were delicious.

The restaurant was busy and we had a toddler with us, so conditions were a bit challenging, but everything was great except that my mashed potato dish didn’t arrive until I was through with my entree. Not good timing.

Fantastic dinning experience!! Bartender John took excellent care of my wife and I, glasses were always filled and food came out quickly. Quality of food and presentation is top notch, and the flavors were excellent. I had the Porterhouse which came pre cut (nice presentation) and was perfect medium rare. My wife had the wagu bolognese, and is in her top 3 for taste and presentation. She is somewhat of a aficionado of Bolognese. Will definitely Staley refer friends and family, looking forward to a return visit!

Wonderful spot made even more wonderful by our server Gustavo. Most recently we went for Christmas Eve dinner. My 11 year old son has celiac disease and is always incredibly concerned about kitchens not taking his need for gluten free food to heart. We told Gustavo about his gluten allergy right when we sat down and was as very understanding and accommodating and brought us a GF menu. Once our food arrived we noticed our son was not eating—we asked him why and he said he was worried about cross contamination. We pulled Gustavo aside and told him our son was concerned and struggling to eat and we asked if he could reassure him that his food was In fact GF. Sweet Gustavo went over to our son and talked to him about how the kitchen made accommodations for his food and the chef was aware and he pinky promised him (they did the handshake and all) that everything was in fact GF and that he made sure of it, checking multiple times with the kitchen staff. My husband and I literally started crying cause we were so moved by his sensitivity, attention and kindness to our son who is so insecure when we go out to eat. That kind of sensitivity and attention is not something you come across everyday and we are immensely grateful. All that to say The Capital Grille has now been added to our *very* short list of restaurants my son feels comfortable eating at!!!
