Best Wine Bars in Longwood

Dinner and wine last night at CH Waterford Lakes and I don’t ever have an experience that I don’t enjoy because they treat me like family. I am a wine club member and the staff there definitely take the time to know you. Last night, Manager Trisha took time out of a very busy night to go above and beyond to visit our table, have conversation and to make sure we were taken care of. Sophia, who is the server I always request was also managing the restaurant last night. This young lady made a point to consistently check on our table to ensure we were taken care of. She is one of the BEST servers/ manager in training I’ve ever had at CH. She is very personable, accommodating and quick! It is apparent that these ladies know how to provide excellent customer service and hospitality. I am nobody important in the grand scheme of things but these ladies and other staff sure make me feel like I’m a VIP!! Thank you Trisha and Sophia, you take customer service to a different level!!

I love the restaurant vibe. The decor is clean and modern with a wine cellar edge. I had a reservation baby shower. The server was very knowledgeable, provided genuinely kind and proficient service. It was a wonderful dining experience.

We had a great dinner. Although they advertise seasonal menus, they really don't change much, which is a good thing because most of our favorites remain consistent. We love the artichoke and hummus appetizer, the lamb was perfectly prepared and the shrimp and grits were delicious. Great wine selection topped off by those fun little desserts. Our server, Michael, was outstanding - we've made a note of his name so we can request him again. Season's 52, and this location specifically, deliver a relaxing experience with really good food and service. We are fond of it.

My aunts were visiting from PR for the holidays and had never been, so I was excited for them to try it, as it’s much divergent different from their usual cuisine. Lance was our server, (highly recommend!!), and he did a great job taking his time to explain not only the menu but what makes sixty vines so special in the first place. My aunts ended up with a flight each and 5ozs for dinner! My mom (frequent flyer) got to try some of her old favorites as well as new varieties that she really enjoyed, and she and Lance worked on pairing the wines for every dish on the table. The food was spectacular as always, we got a burrata and beef rissoles to start. Entrees came our super fast, and super yummy 😏. I got the ny strip (classic), mom got the pork chop, tias got the shrimp campanelle and the bavette (second personal favorite of mine). though the cherry on top (pun absolutely intended, was the basque cheesecake. best dessert to get for a light sweet treat after a great meal!

Server Kehlani was amazing!!!! food took over an hour and half to get to us from when we sat down to eat and ordered but it was ok because the drinks were awesome and filled in the wait time.
